Shipping & Delivery Policy

connect.shortfundly.com (“Shortfundly Connect”) provides digital services only. We do not ship physical goods. Delivery is fulfilled via account activation, in-app enablement of features, credit balances, booking confirmations, and notifications sent to your registered email.

What “Delivery” Means on Connect

• Profile & Listings: instant availability of created/edited profiles, postings, and featured/boosted placements once payment (if any) is authorized.
• Messaging & Credits: message packs, contact unlocks, and similar credits are deposited to your account balance immediately after successful payment.
• Bookings: confirmations, reminders, and status changes are delivered via in-app notifications and email; calendar files/links may be included where supported.
• Verification/Badges (if applicable): badge display occurs after successful document checks; turnaround depends on review completeness and queue.

Delivery Timelines

• Featured placements & boosts: typically live within minutes; some placements may follow a scheduled window shown at checkout.
• Credits (messages/unlocks): posted immediately after payment capture.
• Bookings: confirmations are near-instant; subsequent updates follow the workflow of the hiring party and your responses.
• Verification: begins after you submit documents; timing varies based on document quality, re-submissions, and review load.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

• Refresh your dashboard and check Billing / Purchases for the latest status.
• Verify email filters (spam/promotions) for Connect confirmations and alerts.
• If access or credits haven’t appeared within a reasonable time, contact support@shortfundly.com with your account email and invoice/transaction ID.
• Delays due to missing/invalid documents, profile violations, or partner constraints may extend delivery windows until resolved.

Territory, Availability & Partner Policies

Certain placements, verification methods, or booking features may be limited by region, partner availability, or local regulations. If a purchased feature isn’t available in your region, we will work with you on a comparable alternative or a credit at our discretion.

Downloads, Links & Expiry

• Booking files (e.g., calendar invites) and receipts are delivered digitally and may also be emailed for convenience.
• Time-sensitive links (if any) can expire. You can request fresh copies from your dashboard or support.
• Fair-use and plan-based limits (e.g., messaging limits, boost frequency) apply per your plan details.

On-Platform vs Off-Platform Delivery

Connect facilitates discovery and booking workflows. Any off-platform deliverables (e.g., scripts, footage, payments) are governed by your direct agreement with the other party. We are not responsible for off-platform delivery or timelines unless expressly stated in a Connect feature.

Service-Level Targets

We aim to provision purchases instantly and keep notification flows reliable. During peak usage, processing may queue briefly. In the event of systemic outages materially impacting delivery, we’ll post status updates and may offer service credits per our refund/credit practices.

Taxes & Invoices

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your jurisdiction. Invoices/receipts are delivered digitally to your account and/or via email. Ensure your billing details remain accurate for timely receipt.

Force Majeure

We’re not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet/provider outages, platform dependencies, cloud incidents, acts of government, or other force majeure circumstances.
